Did any of you guys get to see Spurlock's new film Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden?
Spurlock is the same guy that did Supersize Me! and this movie looks FRIGGIN awesome - and I desperately want to see it - but I doubt I will get to see it anytime soon - so I was wonderin' if any of you guys/gals got to see it whilst prancin 'round Utah.
PEACE!

Calyber is the only one who got to go and she didn't go to any films because of her schedule and long lines... I was disappointed, too. I wanted her to see Be Kind, Rewind and Choke.

Oh... for some reason I thought there were many folks on the forum that went for one reason or another.
Dammit.
It is going to be months and months before I get to see these movies!!! I have to wait until DVD releases...

Does that mean there's a gaming presence at Sundance?

Wait, they were showing Choke at Sundance? They finished it already? Damn, I must go scour for a trailer.

I didn't bother to buy any passes this year, and I'm glad I didn't. I wasn't terribly thrilled with the lineup this year, the pass and ticket prices are through the roof as usual, and with all the negative reviews I've read, just seems like a disappointing year.
Spurlock's Osama seems to be catching a lot of negativity. The entire film makes him look like an egomaniac, including a portion where he compares himself to Orson Welles, Woody Allen, and George Lucas.
I've heard mixed reviews of Choke. I'll wait to judge it for myself, but I'm hoping the negative reviews are coming from people who're just expecting another Fight Club.
Every review I've heard for Be Kind, Rewind has been positive. A very clever comedy with tons of heart.
