Now if there ever was a Superbowl with the Steelers and the Giants.. I'd be seriously conflicted..

You could get two different tee-shirts of the teams and alternatively root for each one between commercials. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Somebody forgot to tell the Jets that the game started at 7PM, not 9:15.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching those two games yesterday.

I suppose this means I'll have to decide who to support in the SuperBowl again this year. Got it right last time (whodat?), with some sage advice from those that follow the gridiron game more closely (you lot), so I'd like some pointers again, to give me an indication of who to root for - If I'm going to stay up to watch, I need to pick a team. Trying to make sense of the Wikipedia article ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_XLV) doesn't help much, as it drowns me in statistics. I'm tempted to back underdogs on principle, which seems to make me a Steelers fan, but all the same, I'd welcome advice. What does the Ubiforum think?

If you're rootin' underdog, you're rootin' for The Pack.

I like the Packers in this one. They are more well rounded than the Steelers are right now, have a more complete game.

Besides, the Steelers have already won the SB a few times. Let someone else win it for a change. I liked the 70s Steelers with Bradshaw, Swann and Harris but that was a long time ago.

Go Packers!!!!!!!!!!!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif

I spent a lot of summers in Pittsbrgh.. My grandparents lived in Homewood and the Hill .. my parents live in Penn Hills, I have an aunt that lives in East Liberty, cousins in Oakland & Monroeville.. I grew up in the Bronx.. so I always was partial to Big Blue as far as the N.Y. football teams went.. and of course the Yankees.. (I grew up 6 blocks up and 8 blocks over from Yankee stadium..) Never was a Jets fan or a Mets fan.. or a Nets fan either.. Knicks.

If it had been the Bears and Steelers I would have had a tough time deciding.

Go Steelers !!!!
