Lost 30,000 and no Level 3 Ballistics equipment

I raised enough to purchase a level 3 ballistics equipment - went to purchase it and there was a server error, when all came back after refresh I had neither the level 3 ballistics equipment nor the 30000 credit - both gone!!
May I please have them back?
Also when selling duplicate items for 500 I rarely get the 500 added to my credits .....
What is going on with that as it is a cheat almost and I would like the credits

Unfortunately if you bought it with in-game money, they won't refund you. They are aware of this problem, and I am sure they have made attempts to fix it, but if you read the forums, you are definitely not alone.
