Sh4 v1.4 /TMOwTw.7z

I'm new at the forum and was getting a feel for some modding, wanted to start out slow with TMOwTw and after downloading all componets I realized the the version I had was for V1.5????

But now I see the link for V1.4 is not supported by Filefront is this done and gone now ??? After checking all Threads and Messages here and at Subsim I now post this query.

Well I went and looked on my computer and I don't have a working copy of the final TMOwTw.
I do have one that Dave (dgrayson) and I worked on but it is not the final one.

I wrote Dave just now and asked him to send me the final version. When I get it I will post the link to it.

Which version of TMOwTw were you looking for? I have both 1.7 and 1.9 still zipped.

I was looking for 1.7. I don't recall 1.9 but that could be due to age, ha ha.

If you could upload either one or both I will use them.

TMOwtw 1.7 is on gamefront. Sometimes I get these linky things right and most of the time I don't. Just copy and paste.

The TMOwTw 170 final mod would not load on my version of SH4 1.4 and I couldn't figure out why.
I wrote Dave and he told me the TMOwTw 170 final is for SH4 version 1.5. So that is why there is a version 1.9 to. These mods were updates for Silent Hunter with U-boat Missions 1.5.

Good to know why I was having a problem with it. I was trying to use a mod in the wrong game.

That is an upgrade to TMOwTw for version 1.5.
What happened was as Dave made a mod that worked with the newest version of TMO, Ducimus would upgrade his, then Dave would have to make changes again, then Ducimus would come up with an even better idea and offer these changes in a new version, then Dave would make his new version. That is why so many versions.

Crazy, eh but good stuff.

The newest version (http://www.gamefront.com/files/20486332/TMOwTw_2_14_7z) is TMOwTw 2.14 for version 1.5 with U-boat missions.

Do I have to go up in increments or can I just download and instal 2.14 after uninstalling 1.7?

You can go right to 2.14. The only thing you have to do is be in Home Port when you make the switch Plus your saves may not work.

Yes there are plans for TMOwTw to be updated. I talked to the person that created this mod, dgrayson (Dave) and he says he is looking into it but doesn't know when the new update will be out.
