Nice site Regelos.
I hope everything works out for you with YSFE, just keep at it and it will only be a matter of time!

Thank you will be posting things everyday and I'm always glad for feedback. Once I get enough members will be doing polls and idea posts on what I should add to my workouts. Also working on getting some pictures up now. (Still new to this whole website thing and been putting alot of work in to look and feel lol)
keep working Regelos. I've been playing Your Shape since 24 days, and today I'm under 200 lbs for the first time in many years. I lost 14 pounds, and still counting!

Regelos, good blog! Best of luck with your quest, you're going great!
I have always hated public gyms and fitness classes. One of the reasons I am so excited about YSFE and this new technology is because I get to flail about in front of my TV screen and no one has to see it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

My fiance decided to bust out the video camera at the end of my New Year New You workout. Hope it inspires. I'm sure it might make you giggle just a little http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
