Problem with starting a multiplayer game - URGENT PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I am having a problem with starting a multiplayer game. When I click on multi player in Raven shield it starts to load then freezes for about 5 mins. When it finally opens the server screen and I try to login to UBI.com it freezes for about 4 mins and after repeated login attempts it will not log in. During these long waiting periods I am unable to exit game(exit), open task manager (Ctrl+alt+del,) change program (alt+tab) or fall back to windows (win key). When I finally get back to windows and into the task manager the memory usage for ravenshield is off the charts.
MY MEMORY IS LEAKING ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND ITS ONLY CAUSED BY TRYING TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER, CAN ANYONE HELP????

ye i had a same problem,once i had a prob when i clicked multiplayer and i wasnt connected to internet (-.-'),so ur probably connected to internet,whats your hardware?and if hardware is good try to re-install the game,.it should fix the prob

My hardware is ok and I already tried to reinstall. The problem i found is it is loading page files into the RAM and Virtual memorys and is not releasing them which is causing the whole system to freeze.
