Out of the two get the Dell, but don't dismiss Acer, they make excellent monitors.

Out of those two, the Dell 2408. They use a similar panel but you'll get more for your money with the Dell.

Agreed, I've had Acer monitors and loved them. Also LG which I've got now using a HD monitor/ tv cant fault it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
