Early Release Date?

This was posted on the Turtle Dojo, wondered if anyone here has seen it: Link (http://www.ubi.com/US/Games/Info.aspx?pId=7791). It says that the game will be released on the 8th (this tuesday) as opposed to the 22nd. It's probably fake, but one can hope...

I believe that's the old release date surfacing again. I doubt they'd release it any earlier, being that they still have to start up the hype machine for most of the general public.
