I can log into these forums...but when I try to log into the support area to ask them a question...my login doesn't work?

I can't play HAWX online (Xbox Live) as I keep getting disconnected.

first of all

YOU CAN PLAY ONLINE, you just keep getting disconnected

second of all, ubi has a support system? this is news to me

third.. you thought their support system (this mythical thing) IF it existed, would actually work?

trust me mate, I cant help you unless you use those WORDS you learned in PRIMARY school to tell me what exactly the problem is.
