CD Key issues yet again

I can see this game is about a year old now and I've looked through all the tech forums on the CD keys and what not and I still don't understand wtf is goin on. I'm getting the same bs you guys and gals got about a year ago, my cd key is in use, is there a patch somewhere other then Ubi that fixes this or something cause I JUST tryed to play online for the first time.
