Audio Lag During Non-Song Segments

While I am playing a song, there is no audio lag. But while I play during the loading screens, or when just playing solo with the different amps and tones where it's just me playing guitar, there is an audio lag. I notice it mostly when I play fast, like the software is having a hard time keeping up. Also, this lag shows up when after a song, you see an instant replay of your playing. Then the audio lag is present as well.

Is anyone else having this issue?
