Well, I just realized that if you look at the powercords when you start the level, they seem pretty stationary, but if you switch to EMF or Thermal, they bounce and move all over the place, it's really kinda weird. No matter how many times you switch they will do the same thing over and over. It's like someone pulls on the ends to make them move like that.

It's called wind. And physics engine.

It's not called physics engine or wind. Why would wind blow harder if you change vision mode?

Here's the deal (add info if you have any regarding the subject):
if you turn on EMF or thermal, all cables and ropes act weird. At the little bridge in the cave where you enter, the ropes are "hanging" in regular and night vision. They are however straight when one activates thermal or EMF. Perhaps this is because it takes less calculating and the ropes are barely visible in either mode.

Just a theory. Does not really explain why the electric cables would start dangling outside. Maybe a bug???

This is NOT an issue.
End of transmision.

they dont. it just the vision mode creating that illusion
