Which servers are you trying to connect to? game servers? drm servers or Uplay servers?

Uplay and the DRM are not the same thing.
Are you trying to access Uplay? or connect to play the game?

My issue is related to the uPlay servers since I can't connect to them... I have already "bought" the rewards for Assassin's Creed 2 (PC) through the website but I don't get them ingame.
And if I try to connect ingame, the game's saying, the servers are unavaiable and that I should try it again later. Is there any solution for this problem?

I'm not aware of any specific issues with connecting from PC, you will need to report the issue to Tech Support (their direct weblink is in my signature) meantime I will see if I can find anything out http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
