PS3 Australian clan, and poison tips.

HEys guys...

I am looking for an exclusive clan for the PS3 in Australia that likes playing manhunt in parties or in private matches...
I dont mind if you dont have headphones as I don't, but any headphone possesing clan members could be ellected as a "leader" of the clan because he/she would poses the ability to communicate with the others...

So Im looking for a 3-8 player clan that are on at least a small majority of thier time...

I unlocked poison a couple days ago and have found no efficient way of applying it to someone without them stunning me...
Any tips for using tkhis ability?

Best way to get poison without being stunned is to make the target think you're not after them.

Don't approach from in front, and try to avoid fast-walking up behind them as well.

Best option is to approach from an angle, and bump into them and poison from the side or behind as they're passing. Easiest to land this way on a target in a blend group. if they're running, just be in front of them, and move side to side to keep yourself near the path they're walking, but not directly in their way (so they don't shove you, which often prevents you poisoning them). At the last second, fast-walk in and just catch them as they pass you.

Basically, the perfect poison leaves your target and pursuer with no idea who killed the guy.

other idea is to just throw a smoke bomb, and get a free extra "focus" bonus. It does stand out, but its a guaranteed focus+poison if your using the long-lasting one(if you're using the normal one, get to your target and then try to focus, sometimes you have like 0,5 sec too short when your target is at the edge of the smoke, which will result in a stun.)

Its easier outside of manhunt when people don't know who their pursuer is. In manhunt which is what you play, there are a couple good ways to do it.

Pop a disguise. I've seen several people do this to me. Its not perfect since it requires you to use two abilities but I for one almost never see it coming. Also it allows you to take out two targets. Kill the first with poison and you're free to kill a second since he won't immediately stun you after killing his buddy.

Another way is if someone stuns one of your allies, while he's in animation he can't stun you as well, so go right up and use poison. One of your allies has to sacrifice himself but this is common in kill/stun/kill/stun cycles that often happen in manhunt.

It also works well in intercepting chases. Try and figure out where a chase is headed. Consider hiding behind or in front of a chase breaker. They'll often run right into you. Then you'll also add a diversion bonus.

Also, use a blend group to get close. No one looks at blend groups that carefully. And it will let you get fairly close without too much trouble. The main problem is you have to get much closer to use poison meaning more time to be spotted. Reduce the time they have to spot you.

Another option is to walk behind for a long time. This works well against someone in a mobile blend group. They may think its you but after a while of not killing them, they often dismiss you and allow you to get close without trouble. The problem is you'll burn a lot of time and there is a good chance that a teammate will come along in that time and take the kill before you get close enough. I personally don't like this tactic but I've used it in a pinch.

Anticipate where they will be not where they are. One of the main ways people know pursuers is they come right at them. If you see them headed towards a blend group, go to the group not them. You won't register as a threat since you aren't headed directly for them.

I was in a 1 on 1 match with my friend on Mont St Michel.
I was the doctor and she was the Harlequin...
I was morphed in a group near the small market type place near the edge of the map.

So along comes a harlequin and blends with me...
I was very wearie of it but calmed down after a while...
Then out of the blue she stabbed me...

But it didnt end there...
She did it to me a couple more times...
Then I annihalated her with my wiked skillZ!
