Should show up imediately. I just added mine a day or two ago and the update was instant.
Did you check your URL via a browser and make sure you have the correct file format?

Yes, that is the one. I got it from the game's files, turned it into a jpeg, and uploaded it to the tiny pics site. It is the emblem from the side of my conning tower. I use that one since I command the U-52, 52 like the number of cards in a deck. I thought it was appropriate.
