I had this happen today about 2PM, I am at level 62 and lost the following:
Tools I had were: Luminol3, Tweezer3, PrintKit3, Camera3. They are all now level 1.
Equipment I had as high as you could go earlier today before an update (mostly 3's but a couple of 4's like ballistics and light table I believe). They all look like you can only go to level 3 now and that may be part of the problem. I am now at level 1 on every tool.
Every customization I had bought (floors, desks, wall hangings, lamps, etc) are all gone now. Only ones that were my current selection do I still have.
I had over 400 coffees saved up and they are all gone now too.
I agree this game is fun and I love to play it but having to replace $545,000 worth of tools and equipment plus all the coffee value because of a glitch is extremely frustrating... What happened?
Can you guarantee it wont happen again?
