cant run single player

After installing scpt i hit single player and it shuts down.. when i hit multi player video runs ect.. It says i have a problem with Pixel shader i called hp support for my new computer and they said it needed directx patch i tried it and still have prob...33oo+ Athlon sis mirage 2

If it says you need pixel shader, then that means you need a new video card to play the game- yours is not capable of doing pixel shading so you have to buy one that can. Most new games require it. There is no software fix for the problem. Sorry!
