Im from England, and will be siding with Europe until the new Commonwealth (hopefully) gets added. But i will say the idea of decimating Paris is tempting me towards either of the other camps.

I stumbled on the game by accident, read the book, and am now eagerly awaiting the release.

My normal area of playing is MMO's and RTS, often thats PC based, but i want to dust off the 360 and make some decent use of it, hopefully in a game thats unique in its playability. and other such marketing ploys

Ok, my names Brad. my username there is bte14, which is my initials and my favorite number. My gamertag is shakybullet. Story behind that- I had 5 gamertags I had spent like 4 months planning out as I waited patiently for DSL. DSL finally came. I sign on, get to choose my gamertag and all 5 are already taken -_- (to the 5 evil guys out there who stole my dream names). This game is EXACTLY the kind of game i wish to play. The last game i played and who was kinda like endwar was Ground Control; a PC game i played with Windows 98. Its a long time i know http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif but that game was a strategic combat like endwar, choose your units, your special weaopons and goooooo on the battle. I played Ground Control 6 years, it was very cool.

I dont have many time to play games now cuz i have a job, a house, a girlfriend, i exercise in a gym 3 times per week and i study one cours at university per session. so Endwar is a perfect game for me. Its action, a cool team strategyc game play, no buildings, no ressources no many things and shortcut to lern. Well unless they have cocked it up big time, a FPV in a air combat game will be a cockpit view.

Hey everybody I'm Nick from Canada, 17 going into my last year of high school, and I hope to then serve in the Canadian military as an officer, I'm currently in the reserves.

Tom Clancy has producted some of my favourites, probably love splinter cell over the rest. Basically all I play online since I got it for xmas is COD4 have a pretty good clan of friends going on there too so if your good hit me up my gamertags SlevinKSK1147. Other favourite games are the Elder Scrolls series and madden.

What I like about EndWar is the voice command and of course the graphics and improved AI. I'm a big fan of the Age of Empires RTS but EW looks like itll blow that series out of the water. I'm also really looking forward to the online play with my friends and some fun interaction in the persistent gamemode.

I'm glad I found this forum when I was really just trying to learn more about EndWar, I would suggest that everybody start writing in the thread where everyone creates a character and basically we all write a novel together, its called A Team Fanfic.

Hello, I am AMERICAN MERCENARY (obviously).

I am 6'1'' tall, just graduated from High School in May of 2008, and am so glad to be attending a fine University in Michigan. I am almost 19 years old, and have researched military technology for about seven years now. I have gotten far into military programs, and also research past-to-future weaponry...knowing about every detail (specs, history, operation, etc...) on the weapons. Some think it is a little much, but I will admit...I am a geek! (And a sexy one, what can I say)

I ran four years in cross country, finally receiving my P.R. of a 18:45 for a 5k (damn proud), running varsity every year.

I have considered studying to go into teaching at the proffessor level for history or some form of governmental class. I love history, and believe it is essential to inform coming generations on it so that we respect it and build off of it (and also so we don't repeat previous mistakes).

I am a Christian and believe in the saying, "God has blessed America. What are you doing for him?"

And I must say that my hands are very tired from typing, and I might just get carpotunnel.

So, i know pretty much about history (especially WW2 and Cold War). I'm an gamer, a pro gamer.
Not saying I play 20(about 2-4/weekend 8-12) hours a day, but for me 1st place is the only place. And i know very very much about weapons, all kinds of, from the first Stormrifle ever (german Stg 44[the AK 47 is based on the design of the Stg 44]) to the FFW Program.
The Airforce is the best for me, i like Jet's, F/A 22 Raptor is my favorite.

Oh yeah, I'm an austrian (AUSTRIA[the little country in the middle of europe] not austraLia)
In case of that my english is ok (i guess), may the grammer isnt correct here or there, but i think u will know what i mean

i first saw endwar in july and i was like, "yea, another rts http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif but then i find out its voice controlled and for xbox, so that immediately hooked me. i also love that each factions got a reason to fight, so it makes it hard to find a real good guy/bad guy. im obsessed with this game. its pretty sad.

I am from the UK and live on the outskirts of London. Currently I go to college and plan to get some A-levels and either go to University and then join the army or join straight after college. My dad is in the RAF but I plan to join the 16th air assault and eventually (a long shot i know) apply to get into the special air service.
I love all sorts of games, strategy is probably my favorite genre. I play football, but don't really keep up with what is going on. I like to rock climb, drink and game (not necessarily in that order).
The name RoyalHussars is basically cause I got a family member who wants to join the kings royal hussars and drive challenger 2's (a sick tank) so i just put that down.

I've been in the Army Reserves for almost two years now in the 10th Light Horse (Motorized infantry is probably the closest well known branch that comes to mind). Hello.

I am Completely new here, so I decided to introduce myself and see who, if anyone, still is around and plays Endwar.

I was interested in the game before it ever came out, I watched the commercials and such, thats been almost three years now.

I couldnt buy the game when it came out for two reasons; one, no Xbox or PS3, and two, no money for even the game.
See, for the past few years, I've been unfortunate to acquire any decent job. Any money I've had has been hard pressed with bills and collage.

Yeah, by the way, Im in collage. Im 22 and live in South-Central Florida, U.S.A.
I ended up getting the PC version a few months after Endwar's console release, but my computer wasnt and still isnt capable of running it.

I eventually bought the Xbox version about a year ago, but because I have no Xbox, I only played it at my cousins house, who I rarely get to visit and may stop by for one or two days at most.

So ultimately, Im a player who desperately wanted to play but simply couldnt.
The times I did play, I didnt that bad.
Occasionally I'd play against the A.I and KILL roughly 50-70% of its units. ..Yeah..Im kinda ruthless.

But I will be buying an Xbox 360 soon, perhaps in a months time. As well as Xbox live, hopefully I can keep up with my internet bills too.

Im pretty sure I'll be playing as a Russian, cause I just love those vodka drinking burly grizzly bears. LOL.
Seriously, the Russians have a proud history and I admire "The Great Patriotic War".

Well, hope to see some of you in Xbox live, and maybe even PC lobbies. (Since I own both the Xbox and PC version.)

One question though!
Could I play single player, upgrade units, and then play multiplayer with that battalion?
If so, I wouldnt care too much about unit deaths and I'd simply replace them through single player games.

No. You do not keep your units from the campaign mode when you switch to online plat in TOW. Even worse, your units take 3 times longer to get promoted and you dont get as much MONEY per match. There is dbl Xp weekends though.

I'm 17 and I live in Texas. I actually had this game at some point last year when i first got my ps3, however I didn't care for it much at that point. Recently though (as in last night) I became interested in the idea of a military strategy game when I saw Battle:LA. Yes I know that's kinda lame. But I'm already liking it about 10 times more than last time. So how many ps3 Endwar players are there on here? And also, I'm pretty bad right now, any suggestions on how to get better?
