how do u claim points. i did all of the actions and i got no points for it

I'd like to know this too. I just joined and I'm trying to figure out how to prove I earned a couple of these actions, but I can't find where I submit my Gamertag.
Can't earn the points if you guys don't let me submit my Gamertag. Where's it at?

Hit Y on the 360 on the Title Screen to bring up Uplay and log in from there,

After you load the game and press start when it says STORY EXTRAS OPTIONS press Y then.

It's the same way. You get points as you play the game, and if you wanna access Uplay, you go to the main menu, and press Triangle.
