Assassin's Creed numerical values

So I was just wondering that what is the numerical value of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and now with Revelations?

To my understanding both Brotherhood and Revelations are NOT Assassin's Creed 3&4 but just expansions, something of a sub-games. Am I correct?

I would very much like a answer from a Ubisoft person.

No numerical value. The next game with a new ancestor will be AC3.

think of Brotherhood and Revelations as the Vice City and San Andreas of Assassin's Creed

They are not apart of the main trilogy but are still important to the story.
