View Full Version : Trees in the air

I've got a big problem, again.
I did some terrain editings after I placed trees. Now, their all flying in the air and I have to deleate them. Is there another way to just let them stay to the ground after terrain edit?
Go to "Advanced Mode > Forester Tool" (check Alex's tutorials to see where it is and where to find it). Now select "Update trees to terrain height" in "Forester Tool", select trees that you want to align to terrain and use the brush to place the trees on the terrain. If the trees are models ("ModelObject" class) added from "Mesh Browser" then this method won't work.

I used the "Californian Tree Set" Brush and I suppose that's connected with the error I get all the time.
As I postet in the "Skin Error" topic,
I get the message "bomba_zdalna.3da" in the errors window everey startup. What's wrong with all that?
I created a test map and used all the brushes, also the one you told and I didn't get this error. Can you send me your map in .ZIP file (whole directory with your map) and I'll check where it comes from.
