why wins don't register on leaderboards?

when playing 2v2 i've noticed that the majority of my wins don't show on the weekly leaderboards but they are there in the mission support. could someone explain the why this is happening?

If someone gets disconnected before the match starts or with in the first 3 min they don't count

so if everyone stays longer than the 3 min thing. it gaurantee to count. also if the win don't count on the leaderboard do it count towards TOW?
