If you look at the very top of each message it give you the date and time it was posted.

Not on my display! How does one turn it on? All I have is a little row of five icons.

it's already on.

top of each message, next to the little stickynote icon, to the right of the nickname of that post, above the message, below the last persons message, should be a timestamp

I'm not sure why you aren't seeing the date and time.

Go to "My Space" at the top. The choose "Preferences".

In there at the top is a place to choose what time to display in.

I am moving this thread to the tech section because if that doesn't work they can help you more.

Follow this Link.

This thread will be deleted in two days.

I cant see anything called 'My Space'.

It isnt there!
The only date I can see is the registration date of the messager at the bottom. Yours for instance is Sun Novemer 16 2003

right below the registration at the bottom, at the top of the next message.

Uhmm, what browser are you using?

I'm using IE6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
It also gives update versions SP1 followed by 5 Q... numbers

Additional info that might affect the display, I run Norton Internet Security which includes a firewall. I'm just wondering if the ad-blocking might be causing the problem? mmmm

OK Just tried disabling Norton Internet Security
The message date/time appears!!
Question is What settings do I use when enabled and show the date/time?

I have now added ubbxforums.ubi.com into the Norton Web Content list and given full access
Note it does not have a leading www.
It is now working.

Yup.. appears that Norton isn't the best at determining what is and what isn't an ad.

personally I prefer google toolbar. Blocks popups and that's all that really needs blocked.

The other thing I like even more than that is Mozilla, it just takes care of the whole issue altogether from the beginning.
