Unh... Wow, can't pass exam, everyone dies bombs get dropped, crew killed. Sure ain't like the first one. Should I just dive and run away?

Are they just shooting and missing or not shooting at all?

The crew still needs to be instructed to fire at will. Other than that, promote them and shower them with medals.

Instruct your gunner to fire at all closing aircraft, middle range .... then keep your boat turning at highest speed, with frequent directional changes.
Expect to loose two or three gunners in the GWX 2.0 AAA exam .... I did, each time; it's not realistic for a training mission (droge targets would have been a idea nice in stock, Ubisoft) and it's definitely much harder than stock, but this is what you'll face at sea in GWX 2.0, so consider it valuable experience and learn to dive whenever possible at sea. Never slug it out if you can dive.

Yeah, I figured out on my own that perhaps making the boat move and turn while I'm shooting and they're bombing would be a "good" thing. God I feel like such a knucklehead right now.
