NO, Coen was the field coordinater who replaced wilkes in splinter cell 1 and Grim is the computer hacker/ analyst that assisted you with lambert.

and as for the poll, none of those people could or should become splinter cells, none of them even have the experience or talent to do it anyways. if they make someone else the lead character it'd probably be one of the coop spies or some totally new character.
