I keep dying whenever he uses his teleport combo, and his kamehameha combo. I've dodged his teleport combo before, but it's difficult. Is there a way to dodge his hadoken attacks?

I haven't found a trick to dodging his teleport or tornado punches but this is how I beat him.
What I do is make sure that I have full health and ecstasy when I get to the 2nd form. Then I switch to the long beam katana and use single low hits until I get his health down about 2 bars before he's half dead. If you haven't got hit by now use the ecstasy you had build up and hit him with low attacks non-stop. Then it's up to you and your own skill after that.
By the way, don't forget that you can save your self about 4 time by shaking the nunchuk and wii-mote furiously when you die. And, if get killed just press quit when the option comes so you can build your ecstasy up again fighting the first form.
