Serious 1st mission bug problem.

Well,there is a serious bug problem at the Geothermal Plant.Everytime I get close to the computer of the missile to hack it,Sam fells through the platform,on to the platform beneath,as if there is a hole in the platform.It happens everytime.I just can't hack the computer as long as Sam just fells throught that invisible hole in the platform.Can anybody tell me what is going wrong? I have also instaled the patch 1.02.Can it be that the patch is causing that problem?
