If your game crashes on the final level there's a neat workaround that lets you play the bonus level that would occur after the credits (depending on how you played the game).

*This will not fix the original issue or allow you to see the credits

What you do is create a shortcut to the single player game. It'll be the "SplinterCell4.exe" file.
It should be in the directory like this
Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent\SCDA-Offline\System\SplinterCell4.exe

With the shortcut, go under properties and go to the "target" line. You will see the location of the file there. After the quotation mark you will paste this line of command into the target area:

10_newyork_02.unr -ll

There, all done! Now you can lanch the game and it'll go directly to the bonus level. (You might want to rename the shortcut so you don't confuse it with the normal one)

I hope this helped. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

*Note: You will start off with the standard equipment. So no upgraded tech. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
