Are My Sailors on Drugs? Vista Water Glitch?

I have Vista 64bit and I am experiencing a strange effect when I move the camera in the external view: The water shakes and moves it looks unnatural. Like time acceleration was increased on the water only.


I called Ubisoft Tech Support but they were less than friendly and helpful unfortunately (a shame, since the devs. seem to support this game very well so far).

Anyone have a similar problem or know of it? Thanks

Yeah, I see that too (on XP), as well as the clouds moving way too fast some times. I don't know of a fix, though I run stock 1.4. One or more of the mods might address it.

What graphics card do you have?
