SPOILER (here goes):
In one of the two or three endings of the Xbox version of DA, Enrica dies. I'm not sure how she dies, but she is dead in the snow. Sam kneels down over her body, holds it in his arms, and screams into the night sky. He falls back into the snow...defeated. The snow continues to fall. Sam is still laying in the snow, broken. The snow begins to cover him. He doesn't care. The snow completely covers him, silence. He doesn't care. Footsteps. Crunch, crunch, crunch goes the snow. Closer, closer, closer. The crunching stops just overhead. Sam launches himself from under the fresh powder and grabs the character who was previously crunching overhead. He slits his throat. Fade to black.

So, how'd you like my retelling? Anyway, I haven't completed the game yet, but I know this from a friend. He only has an Xbox (cheap bastard), and he owns SCDA. He has completed the campaign mode, and this happens in the end of the game. There are multiple endings in theirs too, but I think they are noticeably different, not just minorly different like ours are.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
