still having CD Key problems

Ok I just got the game and I want to play online so I put the CD Key in and it says "CD Key invalid", I bought the **** game why is it saying invalid?!...can someone help me please, I already tried the booting 15-30 minute wait process said in the other thread and that didn't work...HELP I want to play online

I haven't seen your other threads so sorry if I repeat something you've tried.

Checked that all O's are O's and not meant to be 0's? (and vice versa)
Supposedly v's can also look like u's.

If all else fails, contact UBI support.

another thing you might try doing , i have heard on other posts that the CD online key is case-sensitive. try either entering them in caps-lock...

I'm having the same problem, I don't have any 0's or O's in it, but there are a couple of U's, I tried switching them to V's in different combo's, plus I tried it in Cap's and it still didn't work, I typed it in once and it said it was in online use, but when I tried later it's been telling me that it's Invalid, any idea's please?

Keep trying to put it in(swicthign up the U's and V's) also try rebooting and waiting 30 minutes. if your still out of luck read the sticky: Need Help? Read First. And get the international support link for Ubi Softa nd give them a call.
