This game is advertised as having mic support yet it seems to be without it. Theres nothing to indicate that a mic is even on.Whats the deal?

I'm apologise for this late reply.

Yes the game supports voice chat, there is no indication for it. You just connect it and talk and other players will hear you.

The rules for voice chat are as following:

Mode: DM

All players hear each other all the time.

Modes: TDM,Assault,CTF

Team Members only hear each other once team is selected.And all players hear each other during map voting.

Hope this helps you, if it doesn't make sure that the mic is connected correctly and you have your firewall configured correctly.If you have NAT type 3 or restricted , voice chat could work rarely.

Thanks for the time you took to reply,I appreciate it.I have everything set up right as do my friends and we all have the same situation.Weve all tried hosting as well with no change.Ive noticed a lot of people seem to be having the same issue.Im on PSN.

Hi All,

The same rules for voice chat as said by yasser.rihan do apply for the PS3 as well but there is another rule you need to add first.

Insert the mic headset in the PS3 before you open the game.

If you open the game and then insert the mic, the game will not detect that there is a mic inserted.

We all tried that long ago as well.Still nothing. If I hadnt tried everything I wouldnt of posted the problem.Games do have problems sometimes after release lol.The problem is definitely there.You said "insert the mic".Does this game somehow not support wireless mics?
