game freezing

ok its getting ridiculous now i just want to play. most of the time starting fro mthe 2nd day when my games loads up and signs online, as soon as it gets to that screen with quickmatch and optimatch and so on, it freezes and makes the loud noise. i tried other games online and they worked .even took back my first copy and that did nothing. anyone got any clue why the hell this is happening

I think the problem is caused by something at the other end, because it only seems to happen to me at certain times of the day.

Yes, very frustrating.

This game is so buggy that sometimes it is literally unplayable.

When it works, it has a lot going for it!

yes. i had the same problem 2 times
yesterday in the loading screen of a map in multiplayer. freezing screen with an freaking noise :-(
hopefully this is also a problem that can be patched in some way...

The problem is you can't just buy the game and hop in optimatch. You were supposed to set up your charector in PEC mode. Before you start playing you were supposed to pick the PEC Mode and it makes you do a quick tutorial. After that you select your class and place 3 skill points it gives you.

If you don't do this, when you join a game it will default you to commado class, but you will lock up on the load screen.

What you need to do is delete your charector and remake him, do the tutorial and then pick medic, commando, spec ops, or engineer.

If you can't figure out how to delete and remake your charector I suggest going into the dashboard and then just deleting everything from lockdown and starting over. This time make sure you set up charector correctly in PEC mode.

Also the people who try to join games without properly creating there PEC charector. They lock up the entire server, not just their screen. So people are thinking that there is a lock up bug, thats not really the problem, the problem is the people who don't create there pec charector are crashing the entire server.
