I cant lobby when people join my server in squat

I'll be messing around Squat...a player will join the server...i'll try to lobby and i kepp getting "a player is trying to connect. do you wish t continue message," If I continue the same message appears. My only recourse seems to be restarting the server and hoping the player joins when I am in the lobby. I am running v1.31 of course. can anyone help?

They haven't done the fix to the map, and their game has crashed. Give it a minute and it will go.
