How to get to Xbox Live!!!

I press the "y" to access Uplay and all I find is Profile and Account Manager. Neither of these give me a place to access Xbox live! There is also the WIN tab but I can't find anything there either. The rest are "coming soon." I must be an idiot or this topic would be all over the forums. What am I doing wrong?
