This is very important and I think this will be of interest to those that rent games online!

This past month I decided that I wanted to drop my relationship w/ Gamefly because the service was just too slow for my liking ( mind you, only because they are on the West Coast ). I came across a list of online rental services on one of the Cheapassgamer forums and decided to give two from the list a trial. The two I chose were "gamesforrent.com" and "GPLAY.com(aka triggerfingers.com).

While I received my games from gamesforrent.com, Gplay became a whole other issue. I just can't believe what this company has put me through......a company that has apparently been running legit services for a few years now *shrugs*

this is my situation.........

FIRST REPLY FROM 1ST QUESTION OF "How will I know if my first games have been sent out or not?"

Dear Tim,

We send out e-mail notices when we send out a game.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

SECOND REPLY (this is when I started to get angry w/ them and became assertive)

MARCH 17th

Dear Tim,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. Sorry for the delay
in shipping a game to you. I've extended your trial until 3/30.
Something should ship soon.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

MARCH 22ND 3rd reply after 3rd inquiry........very angry at this point

Dear Tim,

We apologize in the delay in getting your titles out to you. We are
currently
experiencing tremendous demand and some customers may experience
slightly
longer wait times for their games. Rest assured we are acquiring more
games
everyday so it should not be too much longer to receive your titles.
As it
typically takes three or four days for us to ship the first trial game,
your
trial account is good for 14 days from your sign up date. If it has
been
longer than four days, we recommend that you add a few more titles to
your
queue. We recommend that a user keeps eight released games in their
queue at
all times.

Your trial date have been extended to April 4th.

Thanks for your patience.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

and now for the last hurrah......... (continued)

Tim Mckenna: I have 2 days of my EXTENDED trial (signed up about 20
days
ago) and even still, no games have even left your distribution center
for
arrival at my address! Even after appropriate replies from
representatives
via email, the customer support has been nothing but a cloak for
apparent
suspicious activity from this company.
If this situation w/ my account doesn't get resolved within the next 6
hours(5 pm Eastern Std time as message is written), I have no other
choice
but to terminate my account from this company at said time!

This whole ordeal has been extremely appalling and gives me no
incentive not
to warn others about this site

You are now speaking with Jessica Smith of customer service.
Jessica Smith: Hello there! I'd be happy to help you today.
Tim Mckenna: hi
Tim Mckenna: hello?
Jessica Smith: hi.
Jessica Smith: how can i help you today?
Tim Mckenna: I've typed my question/statement
Jessica Smith: i readit.
Jessica Smith: i will let the inventory department know of your
situation.
Tim Mckenna: I was told in e-mail(second email after second complaint)
that
there has been high volume of new customers
Tim Mckenna: that's fine, but what doesn't make sense to me is that my
top 2
games have been in stock since day one
Tim Mckenna: therefore, why haven't they been sent out even now? My
account
will be charged in 2 days, and I've yet to receive any games(won;t
receive
them untill well after my bank account get's charged anyway)

This has how my Queue list has looked for over 2 1/2 weeks now
