I never understood how that *** got 2 beautiful women to love him and share him with each other. Did someone ever speak to those girls about female equality? Oh no! Not Jordan books! They stopped being good at book 5. What a travesty of justice! He totally bought in to his own greatness and with his wife as his editor.. ugh.. sad sad times.

Besides, I think the Aes Sedai had all the chains and whips already and were taking turns with them... lol

Just don't read the George RR Martin books. I know people will say they are good.. but just don't. I couldn't connect to any of the female characters at all. They just got on my nerves.

Lord of the Isles series by David Drake is pretty good however.

OMG, yes I forgot about the Aes Sedai, lol. I couldnt have even remembered what those women were called if you wouldnt have said it- pretty sad when I loved those books so much! I think I loved them up until around book 8, then I lost it. But the memories memories. I started reading those right about the time book 6 had come out (of course I started with the first) but the real funny part is that is when I started playing Magik. It seemed to go with them so well, lmao. Man, I kind of miss those days. I had lots of groups of friends and some just laughed at me. But the group that went camping every weekend, drinking, and playing magik- those were the best ones!

They do have some 30 second clips up there to give you a taste, if you want the full length songs I can get cd's out to you for that.

I want to move to Cali, I've been there 4 times, and loved it every time. Big cities are the funnest. I think a friend of mine is going to be moving to LA next year, so who knows, I just might have to take the plung and do it. I would miss the snow though. I hope 10' drop right now! Yes Em, magik the gathering, altough I recently heard my deck isnt leagal anymore, so i went and bought the new ones. I still havent played them tho and it has been about 6 years!

Had the same problem when I tried to go back and play earlier this year, Valkyrie. That's the main reason I tried out the card game Warlords. It's pretty fun but has way to many random ratios in it.

yep totally agree. i've never seen them live, though i would love to. the site is better still great articles and the radical thought people despise so much.
