There're detailed instructions in the readme files. You'll need a key assigned for "dive brake" http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I got IL-2 '46 earlier today and while I figured there would be a section on landing it in the readme files, but I just spent a couple hours learning to land it manually just for the challege of it.

The Lerche in in IL-2 1946 under QMB. There are no single player missions for it.

Quick mission builder, downloaded missions maybe (if anyone has put some up for download yet) or in any Dogfight map that doesn't have a limite planeset.

And being an axis plane is listed in the bottom third of the list after all the allied aircraft...

IL2 1946 is much the same as Pacific Fighters (and in fact includes all Pacific Fighters content), the biggest difference being the available list of aircraft and maps. I doubt a manual for 1946 would differ much from the Pacific Fighters one except perhaps for having instructions on landing the Lerche... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
