A change of Groups for these. I have wanted to do "Chief Ski-U-Mah" for years but only just got the reference material.
They are up now at www.flying-legends.net (http://www.flying-legends.net)

Hello Bo,
Those are a couple of sweet looking T-Bolts! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif The bare aluminum is top notch as usual. And I can't forget the very subtle weathering. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Keep up the excellent work! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif =S=

Loverly birds mate. The artwork on 'Chief' must have been a real b*tch to do, well done http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Bo_Nidle,
Chief Ski-U-Mah is one of my favorite mounts, and this is the best skin of her I've ever seen. Curiosity got the better of me about the meaning of the name, and I Googled it and was very surprised to get a specific answer--what'a ya know:
Ski-u-Mah: Univ. of Minnesota victory cheer based on a Lakota Souix victory cry, pronounced, "Sky-u-mah."
Minnesota, Hats off to thee!
To thy colors, true we shall ever be,
Firm and strong, united are we.
Rah! Rah! Rah! for Ski-U-Mah,
Rah! Rah! Rah! Rah! Rah for the U of M.
M - I - N - N - E - S - O - T - A!
The ORDER OF SKI-U-MAH AWARD of the University of Minnesota in recognition of Outstanding Student Service to the University, as a symbol of Devotion to and Attainment of High Ideals in the Realm of Student Leadership.
Now, if someone could just tell me what is the meaning of:
Sovereign Senators
K. Of. P
on that Soviet P-47.
