So Leatherhead was confirmed?

He was not actually confirmed although a lot of people like to use that video as proof. I don't really believe them because they didn't really seem to know anything about the game whatsoever. I'd be willing to bet that's false information. Not to say he won't be in the game, but I don't believe that video one bit.

Until we get confirmation from Ubi themselves, there is no proof.

I think the guy was holding at an official document from Ubisoft listing the characters included so far in the game.

But yeah, he's at what we like to call semi-confirmation. Hopefully we'll get the official source confirming him in the game.

That's basically what they did. They didn't have any official documents. That's not typically what companies like this do. Why announce it early and not show it, when you could save it as a surprise for later. I seriously doubt 1up had accurate info.

It seems like they got this build before they even announced Casey Jones, et al. So I think this confirmation may be solid.

I think Leatherhead has got more chance than some characters to get in. I hope him makes it too.

Even if it wasn't a "real" confirmation, I'm confident that Leatherhead is in the game. He's a shoe-in, just like Usagi xD;

This is just a "what if" scenario...

If you go back and look at the "Dev Diary" video and look at the part where Matt, I think, talks about the 1st comics being unlockables... the last comic cover it stops on is one with the turtles and Leatherhead fighting in the sewers. In my opinion this is something that is hinting towards Leatherhead being in the game.
