Wierd install??

hey my buddy gave me this for the weekend, for some odd reason the default chose to be russion.. no matter, i got a friend to read it to me, it says "enter the answer, all letter should be lowercase and the 3rd letter should be capital"

but the top he said wasnt readable, heres the photo
