Speaking of next gen. consoles

I was reading through EGM and they gave a few things out for the next Nintendo system and they had a big article on the next Legend of Zelda(looks way cool).

Anyway, the next nintendo system is codenamed Revolution and is supposed to have backwards compatability with GC. Which means it's still going to be a disc system.

There are some pictures of the next xbox system at gamepro.com as well as a world wide premiere of it sometime this month on MTV. I'm assuming Xbox 360 is going to be backwards compatible but I don't know for certain.

Also there was a theory proposed in the magazine about Halo 3 being released at the same time PS3 comes out to try and take some of the hype off of it.

I've been doing a lot of reading about the new XBox and will finally get to see it. Finally there will be answers, to all my questions about it.

halo is a awsome game but sorry to say it wont even come close to takeing enough hype off a major system release to do any damage to sony's sales. thats just the silliest thing ive ever heard off. and whoever thinks so can burn! ;o) j/k http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/784.gif( i dont really care that much about it)

and so far from what ive read the xbox360 is going to ship with wireless controlers and will be compatable with bluray DVDs i think sony is going to have to pull a serious chunk of plastic out off there *** to compete with this one
