HOW TO GET UBI SUPPORT.........

I am now at a loss with ubisoft. I am now at a point were as a stong gamer I am officaly delclaring ubisoft "unfit to make games". I regret this delcaration as to the great job with farcry single player(even thow there were glitchs). How ever with the events of ubi not working to put out proper patches and the such I am now even more displeased with HAWX. HAWX looked to be a great game so I spend the $50 to try it out. However right out of the box it was filled with many glitches(with the newest patch). For example: Assistance mode will not turn off, Cockpitview cannot be switched to and when it is done from the options menu it is blurry and distorted. Constidering the "not so bad" side of that the game dose not play bad. But in regards to fixing the issuses at hand ubisoft support site dose not even work. I cant get support, I cant contact ubi. Idont know how they can run a company like this. I am taking my game back and am now officaly now longer buying ubisoft games.

Please use the link in my signature to contact Ubisoft support, if you have any problems accessing the site, errors etc I would ask you take a screen shot and sent it to me so I can pass this on directly to support and hopefully help resolve any problems.

Wow, I know it has been a few months since that post, but I reread it and I wanted to say sorry.

I apologize for the inconvenience you've had with this game and I would like to help in anyway I can. If you are still having the same problems that you original posted, let me know. Also, let me know if you still need the contact information for technical support, it should be located in the manual of the game (near the replacement section, towards the back of the manual).
