1. Is it possible to copy objects? Like many, I'm sure, I'm trying to deck a static carrier out in lights and whilst I can place each one without too much difficulty I'm thinking "there must be an easier way...". If I could copy new objects with the same z axis position, say, it would save a lot of time. Wishful thinking?

2. How do I create static aircraft with wings folded / canopies open? Is this an option?

Cheers, Spinner

There is a utility created by Antonio which allows you to shift a bunch of objects from a place to the other on the map. So if you have once decorated your carrier you can use that wherever you want. See the thread for details and download:

whilst you are in the 2D ground mode and using the insert (numberpad) key to place a flashing object it will not keep its Z axis, but if you go to 3d and press insertthen hold right mouse while moving the newly cloned object, it keeps the same height as the first one...

good for lights, and putting smoke on chimney tops...

What about the folded wings, canopy open? I'd be interested to know if this was possible to do from FMB.
