how do i get points// join my GT with account

i have got a few acheivments on assasins creed and have no idea how to link my account to my gamertag, or how to get points

how do i or is it automatic

While in the games main menu press Y/Triangle to launch the Uplay server. Once in the server you'll be prompted to login using your Ubi account details, this creates a link with your accounts.

Once done any previously earned points should then update on Uplay however if you have any issues with the link please do contact our tech support team who can help. Their direct weblink is in my signature http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
