Found the problem out people.
<span class="ev_code_RED">This only works for Intel Users.</span>
The solution is:
<span class="ev_code_RED">Bios: Turn OFF Intel Boost</span>
(intel boost is NOT hyper threading, make sure you get it right)
PROBLEM SOLVED

Still recommend getting 4gb Ram regardless,
and GPU with no less than 512MB.
ALSO make sure you turn off happy fit syndrome.
Happy Hunting !!!

Can you post how much of an improvement you got?
And your hardware.

Surely you have this wrong? Intel Turbo Boost is what gives the CPU more clock speed when an application demands for it. If CloD has been built without being 64 bit and doesn't utilize multiple cores very well, surely what effects performance more than anything else is your CPU speed? I can't imagine running Cliffs of Dover running better at say 2.5ghz than 3.5. Surely it must be something else which is giving you better performance.
And also, even if that does work, I would say that is a work around not a fix. Why should i have to restart my computer and load the bios every time I want to play IL-2 when I am naturally going to want the turbo boost available for all other aplications. If it works better without turbo boost that is a major program issue. Think of how much an extra Ghz or more of performance would give you?

No it isn't, it might of solved the problem for you, but it did nothing for me. Also, what about people that don't have this boost to start of with? You don't even mention how many FPS more you got from doing this??
