How the plot from DA can continue? unless there would be no mention about Lambert???

DA did have a number of different endings... if they assume that the ending in which Sam saves Lambert occurs then there wouldn't be any problem. Sam would be allowed to retire, gets dragged out again, discovers plot in the NSA, goes rogue and there you go, I think.

Lambert could not appear in the game, or could...
I´m not seeing him giving orders for sam in ConViction, so... if lambert contacts him the police could track him...
so, i dont know how Lambert will fit in ConViction.
I think he is dead, becuse there is a "new changed" NSA, maybe becouse lambert is not running the third elechon team

Seems like SC:C's Plot was created like it could deny everything that happened in DA and as for DA it's justthe background for SC:C. hmm nice

From what I read in the previews SCC takes place 2 years after DA, and the none of the different endings had any real impact on the SSC storyline apart from the main predicament.

The hero ending is the ending that you begin with in convictions.

Yeah that's what i've said some people claim it would begin from the best ending of SCDA if so than it won't be fair enough for the rest of the endings...that's why the option that there's no impact on the SC:C storyline is more reliable..

One reason I'd think it would pick up from the hero(best) ending is because that one's the only one with a "to be continued" tag after Sam jumps off the boat.

What is funny is in DA, after I shot the one guy and chose not to shoot Lambert, I went and stayed right outside the door of Lambert and killed everyone off. Only after everyone was killed did I go after Emile or whatever the bald guys name was. So theoretically, Lambert should be alive without even a scratch on him.

Better than creating a new one
Technically Lambert could be alive. Either you save him, save him, William says he's dead, or you shoot him which has a small change he didn't die.
But I think it's best to leave him out anyways. That way both death and vanishing are believable.

I thought that was about bumping for the sake of bumping - it's better to post in an existing thread than to start a new one.

I was reading somewhere on the net, that lambert is dead and may not make an appearence in Convictions. It also states that even if the players did not kill him, it is assumed that he died of 'excessive blood' loss.
Considering from the gameplay perspective, I think in Convictions the palyers should be given the freedom of choosing the missions. Also Sam is wise enough to take his own decisions. So from my aspect, I think that if the players are not given this freedom it will contradict with the game's fugitive theme.

Since when is the net a reliable resource?

The reliability of the net depends upon the experiences, my friend. From my experiences, I have found articles which have proved to be helpfull . But yes it is true that sometimes the validity of the data given on the net can be questioned and espeicially for convictions .
Since it is in the development stage, changes in gameplay or storyline are a common thing and this questions the reliability of the data given on the net.

What, exactly, is excessive blood, and why does it matter if you lose it, if it is, in fact, excessive?

I made the post for that exact reason. The way I played it, I killed every single person so Lambert could not have been killed. Unless our fat little buddy had a sudden heart attack or something, in the way I played the game it would have been impossible for him to be murdered! But at this point, I don't really care. I have played DA once and that is it. There have been maybe 1 or 2 missions I played by themselves bet that too has been maybe on 2 occasions. The other 3 games on the other hand, I still play all the time. With Conviction, I absolutely refuse to buy the game unless the go back to the old ways of the first 3 games and bring back Sara along with Lambert. Even if they return back to the old style of play, due to how bad they killed the game by killing it's characters, I won't buy it.
