Some links to ingame screenshots taken during the making of it.
7.62 Carbine + Eotech (http://www.snowfella-modworks.com/pics/masada25.jpg)
5.56 CQBR + Eotech (http://www.snowfella-modworks.com/pics/masada36.jpg)
5.56 CQBR + Trijicon Reflex (http://www.snowfella-modworks.com/pics/masada37.jpg)
5.56 SPR + Vertgrip and Scope (http://www.snowfella-modworks.com/pics/masada39.jpg)

Download link (http://www.ghostrecon.net/files2/index.php?act=view&id=704)

Now, this mod is "local" based just like Brettzies weapon mod...ie all you have to do to get it working is uncompressing the files into your /local/english folder.

And at the moment it's an SP only mod as it's lacking kit templates for the various MP gametypes available.

Edit: Changed the download link as my sever is getting hammered at the moment and my host is likely to start complaining about it soon..650 hits on the file in just 2 days really blows my transfer out of proportion.

Happy hunting.

Dumb question... of course:

If I use your mods, can I still use Brettzies or do I need to make a back-up of that folder so I can change it between your and his?

Probably not a dumb question, Snipe. It seems like mods for GRAW and GRAW2 don't always coexist peacefully and they seem to be server side. That means that if you have weapons mods and join a server that doesn't have that mod, its only a matter of time before you get kicked for "altered game files".

Unfortunately with the way GRAW and GRAW2 weapon mods work you wouldn't be able to use both mods at the same time without some extensive .xml edits.

Mainly due to the fact that there are a few set number of files that in them handle all weapons used in the game. So we can't as we did with OGR add new content without altering already excisting files...we have to add our own lines of code into files provided by GRIN. And ofcource as Brettzies mod doesn't have my lines of code in it and mine doesn't have Brettzies code included using them at the same time won't work.

Great equipment fella, acurate and powerful, just the job for an old timer like me, I do not like to waste ammo so I use single shot most of the time and your rifles are well up to it, they are not available in all missions though.
Why can my team have the mod weapons and I can only get them in certain missions?

Sorted, if the Magpul weapons are not visible they can be found in the G8 box or at least that's the way it works for me. I just used the 7.26 carbine with scope and GL in The Price Of Peace and took most of the mercs out in front of the church on single shot, whoo hoo.

That's alittle weird as all the weapons show up for me in the loadout menu on every SP mission I've tried.

Also started playing around yesterday with a possible "texture pack" for this thing.

Around 10 minutes of texture editing to bring it from tan to black, still not really fully happy with the result though.

If it shoots the BGs who cares about the colour.

LOL...true I guess.
Did start out as a simple experiment to see how much work I would have to put in, turns out it's more than what I thought to get it to read right ingame though. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif
