I have give the angler all three pieces to make the drum including the sanddap. I left the angler and returned to find the drum skin, put it on the drum and it won't play. Went to the prince and the drum repeatedly and get the same thing. "come back when drum works good" The angler won't speak to me anymore either. I am stuck...please help!
