Ive searched all over the internet and nothing, my shape doesnt work on my wii, i put the game in and it just goes blank i thought it was the game so i brought it back and it does the same thing and freezes up my wii what do i do?

I know that i had to do a wii upgrade before my game would play, but it gave me that option and i just clicked on it- so i am not sure if that is the same problem for you. If you have only just bought it perhaps you could take it back to the store and explain the situation- they may be able to swap it for one that works?
